About the Quality Inn Estes Park
The Jurgens family has been providing quality lodging on this site for more than 45 years. Robert and Lois Jurgens purchased the Caribou Chalet Hotel at this location in 1972. The AAA-rated hotel was a classic roadside motor lodge, accommodating guests from around the country who had begun traveling on the newly constructed intestate highway system.
The town of Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park were major vacation destinations back then, as they are today. The lodging business flourished, as Robert and Lois delivered the best in western hospitality to all who visited.
Over the years, the property has been remodeled and rebuilt. The Jurgens family joined the Choice Hotels International system in 1983.
Robert and Lois instilled their finely honed hospitality skills in their children, Gregg and Rhonda Jurgens. Today, Gregg and Rhonda, along with Rhonda’s son, Sean, own and operate the Estes Park Quality Inn. They’re ready to help make your Estes Park vacation the best vacation you’ve ever had.
Today we have 10 different room types ... someting for every budget and every lodging need, including Accessible rooms.
